We have three Types Available:
1. Properties that are available with $3,000 to $6,000 down, but require no credit check. These are sold on Seller Financing *at* or below market value. Great for rentals or lease options to end users.
2. Properties that are substantially below market value or have great rental cash flow, but you must have at least 10% down and good credit to purchase them.
3. Properties that are substantially below market value, but you must be able to pay all cash for them within 24 hours. It doesn't matter if you have cash in the bank or guaranteed access to borrowed funds.
